- USD 4 per person per day for local tour guide and driver fees.
- Tour applicable for Vietnamese citizens. Foreign (except Overseas Vietnamese) guests will be charged an additional 1,000,000 VND per person per day, as per Thai partners' rules.
* Note: If you want to leave the group, please notify the tour operator at the time of booking. An extra fee of 1,500,000 VND per person per day applies.

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children aged 2 to under 12:
+ Airlines VU, VJ, DD, WE, QH: 85% of the adult tour price (no individual beds; 100% for additional beds)
+ Vietnam Airlines (VN): 75% of the adult tour price (no individual beds; 90% for additional beds)
- Children aged 12 and above: 100% of the adult tour price.

- You must submit your documents and pay a 70% deposit on the service fee and 100% for any additional costs (if applicable) when booking.
- Please pay the remaining amount 10 working days before departure.

- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date to Vietnam. It must also have at least 3 blank pages.
- Child prices apply to children aged 2 to under 12.
- Please bring your original passport and pay a 50% tour deposit upon registration.
- If you require a single room, please pay the extra fee.
- If you are a Vietnamese Overseas Citizen (Viet Kieu) or a foreigner with a separate visa, please bring it with you on the tour.
- If you hold dual nationality or a travel document (have not yet acquired citizenship), please inform the tour operator at the time of booking and submit the original documents, along with any related supporting documents (if applicable).
- If you only have a green card (temporary residence permit in a foreign country) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot book a tour to a third country.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18. If traveling with a guardian, a notarized letter of authorization from the local authorities (authorizing the guardian to lead the tour) must be submitted.
- Female guests aged 55 and above, and male guests aged 60 and above, are recommended to have a healthy companion under 55. Guests aged 70 and above must have a healthy companion under 55. Guests aged 75 and above are encouraged to pay for supplementary high-end insurance. Guests 80 years and older will not be accepted.
- If you are pregnant, please inform the tour operator immediately upon booking. Medical advice is required before departure. You are responsible for your and your baby's health during the trip.

- After payment, if you wish to transfer or cancel a tour, please bring your travel voucher to the booking office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and bear the fees as per Vietravel regulations. Transfer/cancellation requests via phone will not be processed.
- For tours that have a cancellation deadline but have already obtained a visa, you must pay the visa fee.

- If cancellation or change is made 20 or more days before departure: no fee.
- If cancellation or change is made 15-19 days before departure: 50% of the deposit fee.
- If cancellation or change is made 12-14 days before departure: 100% of the deposit fee.
- If cancellation or change is made immediately after the Embassy or Consulate issues a visa: 100% of the deposit fee.
- If cancellation or change is made 8-11 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 5-7 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 2-4 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 1 day before departure: 100% of the tour price.
*Cancellation time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
*Holiday tours are tours whose dates fall on Vietnamese public holidays.

- Applies to tours that fall on a Vietnamese holiday.
- If cancellation or change to another itinerary is made 30 days or more before departure: no fee.
- If cancellation or change to another itinerary is made 25-29 days before departure: 50% of the deposit fee.
- If cancellation or change to another itinerary is made 20-24 days before departure: 100% of the deposit fee.
- If cancellation or change is made immediately after the Embassy or Consulate issues a visa: 100% of the deposit fee.
- If cancellation or change is made 17-19 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 8-16 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 2-7 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 1 day before departure: 100% of the tour price.
*Cancellation time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, and Vietnamese public holidays.

If the tour is canceled or changed by either party due to a force majeure event such as fire, weather, accidents, natural disasters, war, epidemics, postponement, cancellation or other changes to public transportation, or other legally stipulated unforeseen circumstances, Vietravel will not be responsible for any resulting losses or liabilities. However, both parties are obligated to cooperate to minimize any damages caused by unforeseen circumstances. The refund procedure in the event of a canceled tour due to a force majeure event is dependent on the terms and conditions of the service providers, with the refund time (if applicable) taking 60-90 days.
